AMPAM is led by a team of well-respected professionals and industry veterans whose experience and knowledge supports the success of our teams on the ground.
Charles “Buddy” Parks III started in the plumbing industry as a laborer in the 1970s working with his dad. He learned the trade from the ground up and took over as CEO in 1997. Buddy served as CEO until 2019. In this time, he exponentially grew the company by building lasting client relationships. His work ethic and dedication to client service are a core tenet of AMPAM. Today he serves as Chairman of the Board.
Chris Kennedy is an industry veteran with over 30 years of construction experience. Chris joined AMPAM as EVP of Sales in 2023 and was promoted to CEO in January 2024. His experience at Western National, a General Contractor, brings a valuable perspective to AMPAM and has helped us position ourselves as better Trade Partners. Chris holds a bachelors in International Business from Brigham Young University and an MBA from UC Irvine.
John Parks joined his brother Buddy to grow the business when their dad retired. His main focus is on field productivity and he is the driving force behind our ability to streamline projects and bring them in under budget. John is still involved in AMPAM’s operations and serves as Company President.
Lewis Averill has over 40 years of management experience in the military, aerospace, technology, and construction. He is highly data driven and firmly believes in leveraging technology to optimize results. Lewis has an undergraduate degree from UCLA, a Masters in Systems Management from USC, and an MBA from Pepperdine.
