VRF systems are a leading HVAC solution for multifamily, student housing, retirement communities, and hospitality projects due to their efficiency, quiet operation, and zone control. AMPAM delivers coordinated VRF installation, controls, and startup across major platforms, with early mechanical and electrical coordination to reduce delays and improve performance.

PTAC, Split Systems & Fan Coil Units

For projects requiring individual-unit control — common in student housing, extended-stay hospitality, and retirement communities — we install packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs), ductless mini-splits, and fan-coil unit systems with precision and consistency across every unit type and floor plan.

Ventilation & Indoor Air Quality
