Enoch Lau is the Vice President of Transformation at AMPAM, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence, scalable growth, and value creation across the organization, bringing over a decade of experience in strategy and operations. Prior to AMPAM, he was at Bain & Company, advising companies on strategy, performance improvement, and post-acquisition integration. An U.S. Army veteran, Enoch is passionate about developing and leading high-performing teams. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
