With more than two decades of experience in engineering and construction services, he has built a reputation for leading organizations through transformation and integration. Payman has been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) for his leadership and contributions to the industry. He is leading the execution of AMPAM’s “ONE AMPAM” vision, focused on alignment, standardization, and building a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and ownership. Payman holds a degree from the Colorado School of Mines and is committed to developing high-performing teams and strong, enduring partnerships.
