Chief Financial Officer
Erik Miller serves as Chief Financial Officer at AMPAM, leading finance and accounting, treasury, tax, leases, risk management and reporting functions across the organization, while driving strategic growth initiatives and acquisition integration projects. Prior to AMPAM, Erik led four PE-backed companies to successful exits in the CFO role. These roles build on Erik’s foundation spanning public accounting, investment banking, building a start-up software business and M&A advisory work. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Delaware. He holds a Maryland CPA (inactive).
