Tessa Owen brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth, private equity-backed organizations in healthcare, industrial, SaaS, and professional services. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational growth, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, talent management, and global HR operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Most recently, Tessa served as Vice President of HR & Talent Management at Halo MD, where she established and scaled the HR function to support a rapidly growing workforce. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a certified Human Capital Strategist. Outside of work, Tessa is passionate about volunteering with at-risk youth and enjoys pickleball, painting, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her French bulldog, Oscar Winston.
