In this role, Harley leads MEP operations across the Inland Empire Region, overseeing initiatives that advance efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth. With a strong background in field operations and project execution, Harley offers valuable hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to support successful projects from the field to the office. With a leadership approach centered on building strong teams, strengthening communication, and maintaining operational consistency to ensure AMPAM continues to deliver quality work across all scopes.
