Jake Gubler is the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at AMPAM, where he leads deal sourcing, structuring, and execution to support the company’s growth strategy and expanding MEP footprint, bringing more than a decade of experience across private equity and investment banking. Prior to AMPAM, he held roles in private equity at Maddix Capital and in investment banking at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
