Jose Martinez, P.E. (B.S., Mechanical Engineering, California State University Long Beach) serves as Vice President of Design & Engineering at AMPAM Parks Mechanical, where he leads the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design department across California and beyond. With deep expertise in multifamily residential and mixed-use construction, he oversees the full project lifecycle — from schematic design and construction documents through plan check, coordination, fabrication, and construction administration — leveraging design-build delivery, BIM-integrated workflows, and close collaboration with architects, general contractors, and municipal agencies. Grounded in technical rigor and long-term client partnership, Jose also drives business development efforts, delivering efficient, code-compliant MEP solutions for the demands of modern construction.
