Chief Commercial Officer
Reed Mitchell serves as Chief Commercial Officer at AMPAM, where he leads commercial strategy, customer growth, marketing, and business development across the organization. With nearly two decades of MEP construction experience, he brings deep expertise in sales leadership, commercial operations, and building the estimating and preconstruction capabilities needed to support long-term growth. Throughout his career, Reed has helped businesses build scalable commercial platforms, expand into new markets, and strengthen customer relationships across North America and Australia — including leadership roles with Johnson Controls and Total-Western, where he led sales and commercial operations teams, supported major project pursuits, and helped transform organizations through disciplined strategy, team development, and customer-focused execution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is passionate about building businesses, developing high-performing teams, and creating lasting partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
