Executive Vice President of Construction
Shaun Evans is Executive Vice President of Construction at AMPAM. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Shaun oversees Design and Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain, Project Management, and Field Operations. Prior to focusing on the multi-family and hospitality sector, Shaun built his foundation on large-scale projects including data centers, hospitals, and research laboratories. Shaun is a licensed General Contractor and has played an instrumental role in building and scaling construction operations for leading multi-family developers, delivering over 4,500 residential units throughout California. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Shaun enjoys golfing, boating, and traveling with friends and family.
